Unable to view report as HTML page in a web browser.
Solution: Install Microsoft Office.

Unable to save report in PDF format.
Solution: This feature requires 2007 Microsoft Office with SaveAsPDF Add-in. If Office is installed on the computer, download and install this file SaveAsPDF.
- Unable to view How-to Videos installed on the computer
Solution: Run Windows Media Player. Go to the directory CartA is installed, e.g.,
C:\Program Files\MIA-LLC\CartilageTools\CartA\
Open any avi file in sub-directory ".\How-to Videos\".
If the video does not open, install avi codec TechSmith Screen Capture Codec.
